what you will need:
black polish, OPI turquoise shatter, blue glitter, clear polish
step 1: apply two coats of black polish; wait for each coat to dry!
step 2: once dry, apply turquoise shatter
step 3: put clear polish on the moons of your nails and sprinkle on the glitter
step 4: wash your hands of the excess glitter, apply clear coat
Finished! it is messy when sprinkling on the glitter so make sure to do it over a trash can. pretty huh?
